In short
The intervention aims at strengthening eGovernment services and quality assurance system within Serbian public administration by introducing and developing information security standards.
- First, based on the analysis of the current situation project will provide recommendation for alignment of the Serbian legal framework regulating the area of information security with the relevant EU standards, regulations and directives.
- Secondly, it will assist the Office for IT and eGovernment for the whole journey towards the ISO 27000 and ISO 20000 certifications (gap analysis, measures to bridge the gaps, remediation and certification).
- Third, perform the gap analysis will be implemented related to ISO27001 compliance for 91 other Serbian public administration institutions and we will recommend the measures for bridging the gaps as well as the needs for future ISO20000 certifications.
